Hands Across Canberra Raffle:

1. Promoter:
   Hands Across Canberra, ABN 40 160 557 335, 75 Dennison Street, Deakin ACT 2600.

3. Entry Restrictions:
   Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Hands Across Canberra are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter:
   Tickets may be purchased online at www.raffletix.com.au/handsacrosscanberra2025, or in person at official Hands Across Canberra events. Each ticket costs $100. Multiple entries per person are allowed.
5. Total Ticket Sales:
   A maximum of 175 tickets will be sold. Total proceeds from ticket sales shall not exceed five times the total value of prizes ($17,500) and sale of tickets will commence 15 August 2025.
6. Draw Details:
   The raffle will close at 12pm AEST, 29 October 2025. The winning tickets will be drawn at 11:00am AEST, 30 October 2025 at 75 Denison Street, Deakin ACT 2600. The winner will be notified via email and phone.
7. Redraw:
   If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, does not claim the prize, or is not eligible, another winner will be drawn. The redraw will be drawn on 6 November 2025 at 75 Denison Street, Deakin ACT 2600. The winner will be notified via email and phone.
8. Prizes:
   • 1st Prize: Pearl pendant in silver with chain donated by Creations Jewellers Canberra (RRP $1,290.00)
   • 2nd Prize: Balloon Aloft Canberra 2 flights (RRP $960.00)
   • 3rd Prize: Hotel Kurrajong one night stay in the Heritage room including breakfast for 2 (RRP $400.00)
   • 4th Prize: Christine Waring Designer Millinery – bespoke chapeau hat voucher (RRP $300.00)
   • 5th Prize: Clonakilla mixed wines – mixed wines (RRP $300.00)
   • 6th Prize: Festival of Speed – Double pass to 2026 Festival of Speed and includes a hot lap on the circuit (RRP $250.00)

9. Draw Method:
   The draw will be conducted by electronic random number generator.
10. Notification of Winners:
    Winners will be notified by telephone and email within 21 days of the draw. Results will be published on the Hands Across Canberra website Hands Across Canberra • We are Canberra’s Community Foundation within 7 days of the draw.
11. Prize Claim and Redraw:
    If a prize is not claimed after reasonable efforts within 6 weeks, a redraw will be conducted at 6:00pm AEST, 11 November 2025 at the same location. These details are included in the Terms and Conditions.
12. Conditions attached to prizes:
    The Balloon Aloft voucher must be booked before 7 July 2026 and is subject to availability and standard terms of the issuing by Balloon Aloft Canberra.
13. Privacy:
    Entrant information will only be used for the conduct of this raffle and will not be shared except as required by law.
14. Disputes:
    The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
