Artisan pie man Ryan Broomfield will come to your home and cook up a pie feast for you and your friends (10 people max.) Starting with a pastry masterclass in Broomfields shortcrust pastry followed by a tasting of his handcrafted all-butter pastry pies, served with a selection of home-cooked sides. The menu will include Wagyu Beef and Onion Slow-braised full blood Wagyu, roast garlic and onion purée and Bovril gravy Chicken and Leek Pot-roasted Bannockburn free range chicken, baby leeks, white wine and English mustard cream and poppy seeds. Cheese and Onion Cheddar cheese, butter-braised onions, white pepper, nutmeg and panko. As well as some special offerings.

The Clear Calm Focus is a program aimed at a meditator at any level of experience. It includes 6 x 45 minute weekly sessions via zoom. Normally only offered in group sessions, you can uniquely choose a one-on-one experience or to bring your own group. 

The program is practical and provides techniques to utilise immediately. Each session involves practising a technique together and exploring what arises to clear the pathway towards deepening the experience and reaping the benefits.

The aim of the program is to build foundational elements of mindfulness meditation so as to create accessible pathways to the state of meditation on a more regular basis. When we are able to cultivate a clarity calm and focused state in the body, breath and mind, the nervous system settles and we can begin to experience flow and ease.
