About the Raffle
The Queensland Lions Football Club (The Lion Richlands), ABN 78 009 809 205, will conduct the "Fuel your Dreams with TWO Mercedes AMGs!" raffle.
The benefiting organisations are:
- Queensland Lions Football Club (Lions FC), ABN 78 009 809 205
- Heart Research Australia, ABN 62 002 839 072
- Spoke to a Bloke, ABN 38 795 301 321
- Autism Speaks, ABN 79 253 351 418
- Australia's Biggest Morning Tea, ABN 91 130 793 725
The benefiting organisations are not-for-profit organisations.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 10 am AEST on Saturday, 1st February 2025, and closes at 5 pm AEST on Saturday, 24th May 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:
- Queensland
- New South Wales
- Victoria
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisations benefiting from the raffle.
The Prizes
The prize, including all relevant Terms and Conditions, can be found under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily images of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
90,000 tickets are available for purchase.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 2pm AEST on Saturday, 31 May 2025, at The Lion Richlands, 133 Pine Road, Richlands, QLD 4077.
Draw Method
The raffle ticket will be drawn at random from a clear barrel. First and only prize will be drawn. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
Notification and Publication of Winners
The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The prize winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
The winner will have 36 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter for use for not-for-profit purposes.
