T&C’s Gondwana Hotel

• Any meals, transfers, beverages, services or other inclusions not expressly stated on the prize letter/gift voucher are at the winner’s own expense.

• Unless otherwise specified on the prize letter/gift voucher, the prize must be used for a stay completed within twelve (12) months of the relevant event date.

• Reservations must be made directly with Gondwana, preferably at least fifteen (15) days before the intended stay, quoting the prize reference.

• If the requested dates are unavailable, the hotel may offer alternative dates within the prize validity period.

Unused balance: If eligible marketing expenses total less than $3,000, only the actual eligible amount spent will be credited. No additional cash payment will be made.
No sale, no cashback: If the homeowner withdraws from the sale or the property does not successfully settle, no cashback will be payable. All marketing expenses remain the homeowner’s responsibility.
Agent and commission: The homeowner may select an available agent through LJ Hooker Alliance Group – Forestville. Agent appointment, commission and other fees are negotiated separately between the homeowner and the selected agent.
Expiry and ownership: The prize must be redeemed within two years of the date it is won. The offer is associated with the LJ Hooker Alliance Group – Forestville real estate business under its current ownership and is subject to the business continuing under that ownership.
Administration: Claims are subject to verification of eligible marketing expenses and compliance with these terms.
No cash alternative: The prize is not redeemable for cash and is available only as a credit against settlement proceeds."
