  • The raffle is conducted by Moulamein Retirement Village (Declaration No. 63593).

  • All net proceeds from this raffle will be directed to support Moulamein Retirement Village..

• Permit Details

  • Permit issued by: The Commission.

  • Raffle Permit Number: 10353/25.

• Prizes

  • First Prize: Toyota Corolla Ascent valued at $36,580.00 Drive away

  • Second Prize: Travel Voucher valued at $5,000.00 (not redeemable for cash).

  • Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash (except where stated as a voucher condition).

• Tickets

  • Maximum of 3,000 tickets will be available for sale.

  • Ticket price: $50.00 each.

  • Ticket sales open on 14 September 2025 and close on 15 January 2026, unless sold out prior.

  • Permit number must appear on each ticket.

• Draw

  • The raffle will be drawn at:
    Moulamein Retirement Village
    38 Turora Street, Moulamein NSW 2733
    On 16 January 2026 at 12:00 PM.

  • The draw will be conducted by a method of random selection.

  • The first ticket drawn will win the first prize (Toyota Corolla Ascent).

  • The second ticket drawn will win the second prize (Travel Voucher).

• Conditions of Entry

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees, committee members, and direct family members of Moulamein Retirement Village directly involved in the administration of the raffle are not eligible to enter.

  • By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• Winner Notification & Publication

  • Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within 7 days of the draw.

  • Winners’ names will be published on the Moulamein Retirement Village noticeboard and may also be announced in local media and/or online.

  • If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 months, a redraw will be conducted at the same location.

• Prize Collection

  • The car prize will be supplied by an authorised Toyota dealership.

  • The winner is responsible for all costs associated with ongoing vehicle registration, insurance, transfer fees, fuel, and any optional extras not included in the prize description.

  • The travel voucher will be issued to the second prize winner subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing travel agency.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Moulamein Retirement Village accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or winning this raffle.
