Terms & Conditions – Decky Day Online Raffle

Eligibility

• This raffle is open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over.
• Staff, contractors, and Board Members of Wiseman Park Wollongong City Bowling Club (Wiso’s Wollongong) (and their immediate families) are eligible to participate.
• The designated raffle organiser is not permitted to purchase tickets or participate in the draw.

How to Enter

• Tickets can be purchased online through our official raffle partner: RaffleTix.com.au.
• All sales must be processed via the RaffleTix platform and comply with their user terms.

The Draw

• The draw will take place on the advertised date, with winners selected at random using RaffleTix’s digital draw system.
• A separate draw will be conducted for each individual prize, based on the number of prizes offered.
• The total prize pool value varies depending on the raffle.
• Winners do not need to be present at the draw to claim their prize, unless otherwise stated.

Prize Collection & Conditions

• Prizes must be collected in person from Wiso’s Wollongong between 10:00am and 8:00pm, any day of the week.
• Photo ID and proof of winning ticket number must be provided at time of collection.
• Prizes are not transferable for cash, gift cards, or entry into future raffles, and cannot be exchanged.
• Entries made under false or misleading names are not permitted and will be void.
• Winners will be announced on our official social media channels and results will be listed        on www.raffletix.com.au.
• Any prizes not collected within 6 weeks of the draw will be considered forfeited.
• Cash prize winners may choose to receive their prize via direct debit.
• If a winner is unable to collect a prize themselves, they must notify Wiso’s Wollongong in writing at mark@wisos.com.au, specifying the name of the person collecting on their behalf. The nominated collector must present valid photo ID.

Postage

• Delivery of prizes may be arranged at the winner’s request, at their expense.
