Thanks to Ausbuild and Dynamic Bradview Roofing, we’ve got 70 x GA Double passes up for grabs to the SOLD OUT ‘Battle for Brisbane’ match between the Dolphins and Broncos at Suncorp Stadium this Friday, 24 March.

These tickets will be raffled to help raise much-needed funds for members of the Torchinska family – and reunite a beloved husband and father with his war-torn Ukrainian family now living in Australia, and help them make ends meet.

The Background 

In 2022, three generations of the Torchinska Family escaped war-torn Ukraine and arrive arrived on the shores of Redcliffe with few possessions but with their lives. The families have worked hard to rebuild their lives in the Moreton Bay Region.

When the family fled, they left two family members behind who were unable to leave due to conscription restrictions at the time. The men left behind were their sons, husbands, and fathers.

After several attempts, the Owners of Dynamic Bradview Roofing and Founder of Vidler Family Foundation extracted one of the men to Redcliffe in late 2022. Last week, he, his wife and his young daughter relocated to Ireland where they have greater work and social prospects.

This has left a gap for the remaining family members living in Redcliffe. They not only shared a home but also an incredibly close bond and financially supported each other in the community.

The Raffle

  • The raffle opens Thursday, 23 March at 8am and is only open for 24 hours. It’s a 24-hour countdown dash, with winners announced at 8am on Friday 24 March – game day!
  • This is a rare chance to secure tickets for the sold-out game and will help raise funds for a special cause.
  • Ausbuild has donated the tickets as part of its ongoing support of the Members of the Vidler Family Foundation and Dynamic Bradview Roofing
