THE COWBOYS FOR THE NORTH RAFFLE will be conducted by the Cowboys Community Foundation. The benefitting organisation is Cowboys Charity Limited t/a Cowboys Community Foundation (ABN 89 603 728 427), a not-for-profit organisation. Cowboys Charity Limited is referred to as the "Promotor" in these Terms and Conditions.

The Raffle starts at 09:00am (AEST) on Monday, 05 MAY 2025.

The Raffle closes at 6.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 03 SEPT 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry to the Raffle is open to residents of Queensland (QLD), permit Licence No. 259084, and New South Wales (NSW)  permit Licence No. GOCAU/2619.

Residents of any other State and Territory are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the Raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing a ticket in the Raffle.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Board members of the Cowboys Community Foundation;
2. Employees of Cowboys Community Foundation or, Cowboys Rugby League Football Club
3. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
4. Any other person directly engaged in managing the Raffle or conducting the draw; or
5. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

A person drawn as the Winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded that prize. If the Winner does not do this promptly and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals. In that case, the person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

12,000 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $25.00 each.

Note: a payment processing fee applies to all online card transactions.

There is no maximum number of entries. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be viewed under the Prizes heading on the Raffle website.

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.

Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

The Prize(s) are only to be collected from Townsville (North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate QLD 4810).

The Winner(s) must provide evidence of proof of age, residency and valid drivers licence for either New South Wales or Queensland as well as organise Comprehensive Insurance for the main prize prior to collection. These documents must be provided. There is no transfer of the prize(s) to any locations, if the Winner(s) reside outside of Townsville, QLD, the Winner(s) is responsible for the costs and transportation of the vehicle back to their registered address. If the Winner(s) is from Queensland the vehicle will be registered in the Winner(s) name. If the Winner(s) is from New South Wales, the vehicle will be registered in the Promoter's name and NSW RTA transfer of registration papers provided. The Promoter will pay for the registration of the vehicle in either New South Wales or Queensland, however if the Winner(s) resides in NSW they will need to take completed forms, RTA required documents and Queensland number plates to an RTA service centre to lodge the application of registration within a week of the vehicle arriving in NSW. The NSW Winner(s) may be out of pocket for the requirements of a road worthy if RTA require.  

Any fines, infringement, accidents, or fees while the vehicle is registered in the Promoter's name from the date of handover to the Winner(s) are the responsibility of the Winner(s).  

Draw Details

The Draw will take place at 7.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 3 September 2025, at Cowboys Leagues Club, 335 Flinders Street, Townsville QLD 4810.

A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel. First prize will be drawn first.

The Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Cowboys Community Foundation website and Facebook page within 3 business days of being drawn.

The Winner has three (3) years from the draw date to claim their prize (the Prize Claim Date).

The Winner must contact enquiries@cowboysfoundation.org.au to claim their prize.

If you are the Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

Terms and Conditions of PPQ Gift Voucher

• Winner of the PPQ Gift Voucher is only eligible if they are a resident of Queensland, aged 18 years or over with a valid Queensland CRN (driver’s licence number). If Winner cannot provide a valid Queensland CRN, PPQ will provide the prize as a $495 Coles e-Gift Card. Personalised Plates shown in prize image is for illustration only.
  • The Personalised Plates Queensland Gift Voucher as part of the prize must be used for redemption of a set of Personalised Plates. The personalised plate combination content selected by the winner (i.e. numbers and letters combined) ("Content"), is subject to availability and approval by the PPQ. If no option for the final Content can be agreed on between the PPQ and winner, PPQ will make the final determination as to the Content, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Notwithstanding the above, the Personalised Plate content must not be deemed by PPQ to be inappropriate as per the clause link below (Obscene and inappropriate content). Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Personalised Plates Queensland gift voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the Personalised Plates Queensland gift voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Personalised Plates Queensland gift voucher is subject to the terms and conditions which can be found here (https://www.ppq.com.au/terms-conditions).

In the event of a dispute, the Raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties can be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State Authorities.

Stripe Payment Processing Fee

The Stripe Payment Processing Fee is levied by Stripe.

Stripe's standard pricing is 1.70% + $0.30 per transaction. This includes Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at privacy@cowboys.com.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
