  Prize is a $1020 eBike subscription voucher from Lug & Carrie Pty Ltd (lug-carrie.com). The

  voucher is not redeemable for cash.

  The voucher must be redeemed against a Tern HSD or GSD cargo e-bike complete with all

  accessories needed to fit your family’s needs to the value of $1020. A $44 deposit is payable

  at the start of the subscription. This will be refunded once you return the bike.

  A subscription must be made within 12 months of winning the prize. The winner (or their

  transferee) must be able to meet the terms and conditions of Lug & Carrie available here

  Depending on the bike and accessories you choose, the prize is approximately equal to a

  three month subscription. A Lug & Carrie subscription comes with insurance, bike

  maintenance, Rider Rescue, locks, an alarm, a bell (don’t laugh, it’s the law), and a detailed

  45-minute orientation when you get your bike. All riders (adults and kids) will have to provide

  their own helmets.

  A few days before the end of your prize subscription, we will get in touch to arrange

  collection of the bike and refund your deposit. However, if you feel that you just cannot live

  without your bike (it’s been known to happen!), you will have the option to turn your trial into

  a subscription by signing on as a Lug & Carrie customer.

  We designed our subscription to be the best way to start riding and keep riding an eBike.

  Our subscription is a simple way to see if doing more of your life on an eBike works for you.
