This raffle is raising funds for Churchie Foundation Limited. The Churchie Foundation was formed in 1989 with the aim of providing financial support for building priorities and growing an endowment to provide ongoing funds. For the benefit of Churchie students, through their generosity the Churchie community has provided for and remains committed to the ongoing renewal of these facilities to ensure that our built environment continues to reflect and offer best practice in education, co-curricular and boarding opportunities.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promoter
Churchie Foundation Raffle 2025 will be conducted by Churchie Foundation Limited, ABN: 81 010 918 966 of Oaklands Parade, East Brisbane QLD 4169. The benefitting organisation is Churchie Foundation Limited, a not-for-profit organisation.
Raffle Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at at 9.00 am AEST on Thursday, 1 May 2025.
The Raffle closes at at 9.00 am AEST on Thursday, 18 September 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Northern Territory (NT)
- Queensland (QLD)
- Tasmania (TAS)
- Victoria (VIC)
Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
Entry Restrictions
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle (Churchie Foundation);
- Members of the School Council, members of the School Executive and members of the Churchie Foundation Board of Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie);
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, siblings (whether by full or half blood), children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
- Staff at Southside Toyota.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
Maximum Number of Tickets
15,000 tickets are available for purchase.

Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
Prize Details
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.
Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 10:00am, 18 September 2025 at Oaklands Parade, East Brisbane QLD 4169.
The Draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
Draw Method
A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel.
Notification and Publication of Winner(s)
The Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website, the Churchie website and the Churchie Facebook page within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
The Winner will have twelve (12) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.
If the raffle is open in Queensland, and the Winner resides in Queensland, the Winner has thirty-six (36) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.
If the raffle is open in the ACT, and the Winner resides in the ACT, and they do not claim their prize by 19th October 2025 a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw on 20th October 2025, at Oaklands Parade, East Brisbane QLD 4169. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date of the redraw, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.
The Winner is to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.
If you are the Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
Additional Terms – Privacy
The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at foundation@churchie.com.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
