Carina Leagues Club Promotion Terms & Conditions ("Conditions of Entry") 

How To Enter:

Eligible Participants who satisfy the following criteria will be eligible to enter the raffle:

• Complete the required fields on the online ticket purchase form; and
• Satisfy the Eligible Participant criteria.

Conditions:

• Full terms and conditions available upon request at Carina Leagues Club. 

• Winner does not need to be present at the time of drawing and will ne notified by phone. 

• The Winner has seventy-two (72) hours to collect prize unless an alternative time is arranged with the Promoter. 

• All winners must be prepared and able to travel at the dates outlined by Royal Carribean International cruises for their respective prize. Carina Leagues Club takes no responsibility for any winners lack of official documentation or any other factor that may prevent them from participating in a won prize. 

• The winner and their travelling companion/s are responsible for all other expenses not listed above including but not limited to: any other travel or onboard costs/expenditure, pre or post cruise accommodation, spending money, meals (other than those specified), drinks (other than those specified), mini-bar, incidentals, laundry, room service, phone calls, gratuities, optional activities and excursions, freight, excess baggage, ground transport, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, service charges, passports, visas, travel insurance, and all transfers, including travel costs to and from their closest capital city airport if the winner is from a regional area. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling companion are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations, insurance, and/or health checks prior to taking the prize.  

• It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at the destinations. Any fines, penalties, payments of expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller. 

• Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable.

• Winner/s can win unlimited times dependant on the number of tickets purchased.
• Each ticket entry is eligible for each draw; however, each ticket (individually numbered) can only be drawn out once and does not return to the virtual barrel after being awarded a prize. E.g. if a patron purchases five (5) tickets, they could win up to five (5) different prizes.
• Under Category Two Promotional Games each ticket number should have an equal chance of winning a given prize.
• In the event of a duplicate ticket number being drawn, the host will contact Raffle Tix to conduct a re-draw.
