About Burleigh Heads Soccer Club 'The Bulldogs' Inc

Burleigh Heads Soccer Club "The Bulldogs" is a community soccer club located at Burleigh on the Gold Coast. Burleigh Heads SC is home to around 550+ player, including miniroos, juniors, women & men. Our grounds are also the home of the Gold Coast Masters Soccer which has approximately 18 over 40's teams that play at BHSC each week.

BHSC have experienced exceptional growth over the last few years and this season have 380 junior players (U6 - U18). We are also fortunate to have Justyn McKay and the team at Soccer-X Pty Ltd to assist with the development of our kids through the Accelerated Development Programme (ADP). Justyn is the current Co-Captain of the Men's NPL Gold Coast United team and is also the Head Coach of our ADP.

At "The Burleigh Bulldogs" we strive for all of our players and families to demonstrate our R.E.D. values.

Respect: Respect for themselves, their teammates, officials and the opposition. To be humble in victory and gracious in defeat displays a strength of character and a level of honour that is beyond reproach. Essentially, we are talking about being good sports. Shake hands first.

Enjoyment: Burleigh Bulldogs players should be having fun and growing their love of the game. We want our kids to be smiling. Essentially, we mean that whilst we understand anyone’s desire to win, it not should not come at the expense of fun. Remember that at the end of the day it is just a game.

Development: Burleigh Bulldogs is all about developing our players individual ability to participate in a team environment. Working together rather than depending on one player. Following the clubs game plan that is based on possession, playing out from the back and giving players the opportunity to experience different positions throughout the year.
