2027 Brighter Days Raffle Terms and Conditions

The Brighter Days Foundation (ABN 74 209 055 773) is the promoter of the 2027 Brighter Days Raffle. The Brighter Days Foundation is a registered not-for-profit fundraising entity dedicated to supporting children’s charities. All proceeds from the raffle will support the work of the Brighter Days Foundation.

By purchasing a ticket in the 2027 Brighter Days Raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Tickets and eligibility

• A maximum of 10,000 tickets are available.
• Tickets cost $100 each or $450 for a bundle of five tickets.
• Purchasing a raffle ticket does not include or entitle the purchaser to entry to the Brighter Days Festival.
• Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full payment must be received in cash or cleared funds before a ticket is eligible for any draw.
• Each entry must include a valid name and contact telephone number, together with a valid email address where required by the ticketing platform. Entries without sufficient information to identify and contact the entrant will be ineligible.
• Office Bearers and employees of the Brighter Days Foundation—including the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Administrator—and their spouses or de facto partners, parents, children and siblings are not eligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of another person.

Ticket sales

Tickets will be sold through RaffleTix, an established online raffle-ticketing platform.

At promotional events, Brighter Days Foundation volunteers will have iPads or tablets available to assist patrons with their purchases. Patrons may also pay by cash, with the transaction processed through the RaffleTix platform by a volunteer.

Once a transaction is complete, the purchaser will receive confirmation of their ticket number or numbers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

The Brighter Days Foundation accepts no responsibility for transactions attempted after ticket sales have closed, or for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or not received during the raffle period.

Monthly Incentive Draws

Five monthly incentive draws will be conducted during the raffle period. The prize for each draw is a $1,000 E&S voucher donated by E&S Trading Co.

Each incentive draw will take place at 10.30am on the final Saturday of the month during 3AW’s Weekend Breakfast program at Media House, Level 7, 655 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.

The incentive draw dates are:

• Saturday 31 October 2026
• Saturday 28 November 2026
• Saturday 26 December 2026
• Saturday 30 January 2027
• Saturday 27 February 2027

Tickets purchased and fully paid for before the applicable monthly draw closes will be eligible for that incentive draw.

Tickets will remain eligible for subsequent incentive draws and the main raffle draw, including tickets that have previously won an incentive prize.

Main Raffle Draw

The main raffle will be drawn at 7.15pm on Sunday 7 March 2027 at the Brighter Days Festival, Pioneer Park, Bright, Victoria.

• Winners do not need to be present at the draw.
• Prizes will be drawn in order, from first prize through to sixth prize.
• All tickets purchased and fully paid for before the advertised raffle closing time will be included in the main draw.

Prize Collection and Delivery

• First prize: The Ford Everest must be collected from the nominated dealership in Epping, Victoria. The Boutique Caravan will be custom built following the draw in accordance with the conditions outlined below. Collection or delivery arrangements for the completed caravan will be coordinated directly with the winner and Boutique Caravans.
• Second prize: The Harley-Davidson Street Glide must be collected from Geelong Harley-Davidson in Newtown, Victoria.
• Third prize: The Yamaha Ténéré 700 must be collected from MotoGC in Thomastown, Victoria.
• Fourth and fifth prizes: Delivery will be arranged directly with each winner.
• Sixth prize: Delivery will be arranged directly with the winner, or the prize may be collected from Cheltenham, Victoria by prior arrangement.

Unless otherwise stated, any expenses associated with collecting, transporting, insuring or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Prize Conditions

The total recommended retail value of all prizes is AU $307,444. Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices available when these Terms and Conditions were published. The Brighter Days Foundation accepts no responsibility for any subsequent change in prize value.

All vehicle prizes are supplied new and include applicable on-road costs. Standard manufacturer or dealership warranties apply in accordance with the relevant sale conditions.

Demo models of any of the vehicle prizes may be displayed and used by the Brighter Days Foundation for promotional purposes during the raffle period. These demonstration vehicles are for promotional purposes only and may not be the actual vehicles ultimately supplied to the winners.

The first-prize Boutique Caravan will be custom built for the winner by Boutique Caravans to a recommended retail value of $120,000. The winner will have the opportunity to select their preferred caravan finishes in consultation with Boutique Caravans. Boutique Caravans has committed to completing the caravan within three months of the raffle draw date, subject to the winner providing all selections and information reasonably required to commence and complete the build.

Promotional images are for illustrative purposes and may not depict the exact model, specifications, colour, layout or details of the prize ultimately supplied. In particular, any Boutique Caravan displayed or depicted during the raffle period is representative only and is not necessarily the caravan that will be supplied to the first-prize winner.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.

The Brighter Days Foundation will coordinate the supply of prizes through the nominated suppliers. If a nominated prize becomes unavailable, the Brighter Days Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions or approvals required by the relevant state or territory authority.

To the extent permitted by law, the Brighter Days Foundation is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting, collecting or using a prize. This does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Winner Notification and Publication

Winners who are not present at the draw will be contacted by telephone.

The full list of winners will be published at www.brighterdays.org.au by 16 March 2027.

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that the Brighter Days Foundation may publish their first name, suburb and state. The Foundation may also use photographs and audio or visual recordings of the winner for publicity purposes, including on social media, unless the winner has notified the Foundation otherwise.
