$25,000 Cash Raffle

Promoter

The $25,000 Cash Raffle will be conducted by the Byford & Districts Country Club. The benefitting organisation is the Byford & Districts Country Club Inc, ABN 58 993 112 018. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

Promotion Period

The Raffle starts at 12am on Monday, 1st June 2026. The Raffle closes at 6.30pm on Friday, 31st July 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:

• Western Australia

Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

The Prizes

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

Maximum number of tickets

7,500 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details

The Draw will take place at 6.30pm, Friday 31st July 2026 at the Byford & Districts Country Club, 88 Linton Street North, Byford WA 6122.

Draw Method

An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Byford and Districts Country Club Website within 3 business days of being drawn.

Prize Claim Date

Winners have 3 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
