Ryan and I (AUS-X Open founders) have been a fan of Reach Foundation’s work for many years. We feel extremely passionately about every young person having the opportunity to be heard, to believe in themselves and to feel they have the support they need to be their best at whatever they choose to do. We look forward to working with Reach and to sharing their work with our fans and hopefully making an impact on some young peoples lives. Being a teenager can be a pretty awesome time in our lives, but it can also be tough.

It's a time when we question who we are, where we belong, and how we relate to the world around us.

Young people need to be healthy and resilient to meet life's challenges. Especially when we consider that 75% of adult mental health issues begin in adolescence.

Reach's youth-led workshops are for any young person aged 10-18.They are safe and supportive spaces where teenagers can share stories and experiences honestly, improve their self-awareness, and build deeper more meaningful connections.

Reach supports young people to get the most out of life.
