About the Raffle
Promoter/Beneficiary
The Wall to Wall Ride - 2023 Major Raffle will be conducted by National Police Memorial (ABN 73 109 227 330). The benefiting organisation is National Police Memorial, a not for profit organisation.
The Raffle starts at 9am (AEST) on Saturday, 1 July 2023 (open to SA residents from 9am AEST 22 July 2023) . The Raffle closes at 2pm (AEST) on Saturday, 16 September 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, and Western Australia, aged 18 years or older.
Directors, management, employees, contactors of the National Police Memorial and related entities, including any of the Promoter’s agents and including RaffleTix, directly involved in the organisation of the Raffle (as determined by the Promoter) are not eligible to enter.
Prize
A new 2023 Yamaha e-mountain bike YDX-MORO 07 valued at $8,999.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Maximum number of tickets
4,499 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $10.00 each.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 5 pm (AEST) on Saturday,16 September 2023, at 21 Murray Crescent, Griffith ACT 2603.
Draw Method
A single (one only) electronic draw will be conducted to determine the sole winner.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Raffle Website, the Wall to Wall Ride website and Facebook pages, and The Canberra Times on Wednesday 20 September 2023.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, except if the winner is from the ACT.
If the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by 11.59pm (AEDT) on Sunday, 1 October 2023 a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 9am (AEDT) on Monday, 2 October 2023, at 21 Murray Crescent, Griffith ACT 2603. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, and National Police Foundation have made all efforts to find the winner and deliver the prizes, then the unclaimed prize will be referred to the Raffle Commissions to determine appropriate disposal of the prize.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
