The Kids in Care XMAS RAFFLE 2022 Raffle will be conducted by the Kids in Care ACT Inc. (ABN 41 927 421 659). The benefitting organisation is Kids in Care ACT Inc. (ABN 41 927 421 659). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
The Raffle starts at 9 am AEDT on 9 October 2022. The Raffle closes at 10 am AEDT on 9 December 2022. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Entry is open to residents of Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales, aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
5,000 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $2 each.
The Draw will take place at 11 am (AEDT) on Friday, 9th December 2022, at 12 Hoskins Street Mitchell, ACT 2911.
Draw Method: An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizing in descending order.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners of prizes. Winners will be contacted by phone or email within 7 days and their details listed on the Kids in Care ACT Inc. website and the Kids in Care ACT Inc. Facebook page on 16 December 2022.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, except if the winner is from the ACT.
If the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by midnight AEDT on Friday, 20 January 2023, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 2 pm AEDT on Monday, 23 January 2023 at 11 Tralee Street Hume ACT. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
There is an agreement with RaffleTix (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
