Carina Leagues Club Promotion Terms & Conditions ("Conditions of Entry") 

How To Enter:

Eligible Participants who satisfy the following criteria will be eligible to enter the raffle:

• Complete the required fields on the online ticket purchase form; and
• Satisfy the Eligible Participant criteria.

Eligible Participants:

• The Staff Member directly involved in running the Promotion (Tayla N. or Timothy T.) or their “Immediate Family” of the promoter (Carina Leagues Club Limited) will NOT be eligible to claim a prize. “Immediate Family”, for a person, means the person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person.
• Excluded Persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. “Excluded Persons” means any person identified as:
            o      a minor;
            o      a problem gambler;
  • a person who has previously engaged in fraudulent behaviour (with respect to the Promoter or otherwise);
  • a self-excluded patron;
  • an involuntarily or voluntary excluded patron; and
  • a customer who has previously been excluded from promotions (including promotion offers) conducted by the Promoter.
  • If a person is identified as an Excluded Person, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the person to take part in the Promotion, or receive, any or all aspects of the Prize, and the Promoter will notify any relevant regulator accordingly where required by law to do so.

Conditions:

• Winner does not need to be present at the time of drawing and will ne notified by phone. 

• The Winner has seventy-two (72) hours to collect prize unless an alternative time is arranged with the Promoter. 

• Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable.

• Each ticket entry is eligible for each draw; however, each ticket (individually numbered) can only be drawn out once and does not return to the virtual barrel after being awarded a prize. E.g. if a patron purchases three (3) tickets, they could win up to three (3) different prizes.
