About the Raffle
Promoter
MS Plus Boat Raffle 2024 will be conducted by the MS Plus. The benefitting organisation is MS Plus (ABN: 66 004 942 287). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 10am (AEST) on Thursday, 19 January 2024. The Raffle closes at 12pm (AEST) on Thursday, 30 May 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Victoria (VIC)
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee conducting the raffle from MS Plus;
- Employees of MS Plus and RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the organisation of the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family is defined as a child, a spouse, a de facto partner, parent or sibling.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
20,000 tickets are available for purchase. The ticket price options are:
- 1 tickets for $10
- 3 tickets for $20
- 6 tickets for $40
- 8 tickets for $50
- 16 tickets for $100

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 12pm (AEST) on Thursday 30 May 2024 at 54 Railway Road, Blackburn, VIC, 3125.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn (by 5 June 2024).
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 2 weeks from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
- The tinnie package must be collected from the Greater Melbourne or Geelong area, within two weeks of notification, unless another arrangement is made. The tinnie package must be collected by someone who is over 18 years of age and has a valid licence.
- The sounder can be delivered by post or collected from 54 Railway Rd, Blackburn, Vic, 3125. MS Plus takes no responsibility if the prize is damaged in transit.
- Third prize will be delivered to a nominated email, which is to be confirmed in writing by the winner.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
