Promoter

The 2025 Grand Lottery will be conducted by the Gawler Agricultural, Horticultural and Floricultural Society Incorporated (ABN 31 588 023 239) of 1 Nixon Terrace, Gawler SA 5118. 

Beneficiary 

The benefitting organisation is the Gawler Agricultural, Horticultural and Floricultural Society Incorporated (The Gawler Show). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit charity organisation. 

The Raffle starts at 9.00 am (ACST) on Thursday 24th April 2025. The Raffle closes at 3.00 pm (ACST) on Sunday, 24 August 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Current Committee Members, Management and Employees from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means the smallest family unit including a person's parents, spouse (including de-facto spouse), children (adopted or step-children).

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

Prizes

First prize - A brand-new stunning Bronx Bronze colour, Yaris Hybrid Ascent Sport 1.5L Auto CVT 5 Door Hatch, includes all on road costs and 12 months registration.

Total Prize Pool is valued at $31,561.10

Non-cash prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Maximum number of tickets

15,000 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of:

• 1 ticket for $10.00
• 2 tickets for $20.00
• 3 tickets for $25.00
• 8 tickets for $50.00
• 20 tickets for $100.00

Draw Details

The Main Draw will take place at 3.15pm (ACST) on Sunday 24 August 2025, at 1 Nixon Terrace, Gawler SA 5118.
 

Draw Method

The raffle tickets prize will be drawn randomly from an electronic draw.

Notification and Publication of Winners

The winner of the main draw will be notified in writing within 7 business days of the draw. The prize winner's name will be published on the Raffle website and The Gawler Show website and social media pages by 2 September 2025.

Prize Claim Date

The winner has 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. The winner is to contact the Promoter in order to claim a prize.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements

If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.  

RaffleTix

There is an agreement with RaffleTix (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
