2024 North Melbourne Major Raffle

Promoter

2024 North Melbourne Major Raffle will be conducted by the North Melburne Football Club. The benefitting organisation is North Melbourne Football Club, ABN 21 006 468 962. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

Promotion Period

The Raffle starts at 12pm AEST on Wednesday, 8th May 2024. The Raffle closes at 12pm AEST on Wednesday, 14th August 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

• Australian Capital Territory (ACT) 
• New South Wales (NSW)
• Queensland (QLD) - Limited to a maximum of 10,000 tickets in QLD
• South Australia (SA)
• Tasmania (TAS)
• Victoria (VIC)

Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

The Prizes

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

Maximum number of tickets

40,000 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details

The Draw will take place at 12pm AEST on Wednesday, 14th August 2024 at 204-206 Arden Street, North Melbourne VIC 3051.

Draw Method

An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn (by 19th August 2024). Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Organisers website within 3 business days of being drawn (by 19th August 2024).

Prize Claim Date

Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize unless the winner resides in ACT (if eligible).

If the ACT is an eligible State/Territory and the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by midnight AEST on Friday, 13th September 2024, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 12pm AEST on Monday,16th September 2024 at 204-206 Arden Street, North Melbourne VIC 3051. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
