High Tea by The Sea 2023 MINI Classic Plus Convertible Raffle will be conducted by the National Breast Cancer Foundation, via its nominee Tiffany Berg. The benefitting organisation is the National Breast Cancer Foundation (ABN 37 144 841 707). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Beneficiary
Net proceeds of the raffle will be in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia's leading national body funding world-class, game-changing breast cancer research. 8 women lose their life every day to breast cancer. NBCF receive no government funding and rely on fundraising activities and donations to fund their important work.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12.01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 26th July 2023. The Raffle closes at 4.00pm (AEST) on Sunday, 17th September 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, and Tasmania aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle. Residents of Western Australia and South Australia are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee conducting the raffle from National Breast Cancer Foundation, Coastline BMW, 4 Ingredients;
- Employees of National Breast Cancer Foundation, Coastline BMW, 4 Ingredients, and Raffletix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the organisation of the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family is defined as a child, a spouse, a de facto partner, parent or sibling.
The Prize
A 2023 MINI Classic Plus Convertible. Prize includes dealer delivery and registration/on road costs in QLD. Prize to be collected from Coastline MINI Garage. If transport is required this will be at the winners expense. Prize does not include delivery or registration/on road costs in other States.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images are for illustrative purposes only and are not an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
15,400 tickets are available for purchase, starting at $20 each or 3 tickets for $50.00, 10 tickets for $100, 20 tickets for $200, 30 tickets for $300, or 100 tickets for $1000.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 4.30pm (AEST) on Sunday 17th September 2023, at Sunshine Coast Turf Club, 170 Pierce Ave, Corbould Park, QLD 4551.
Draw Method
A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Coastline BMW and Facebook pages by Wednesday, 20th September 2023. Please check the websites and the aforementioned for details.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. Unless the winner resides in ACT.
If the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by midnight AEST on Tuesday, 17 October 2023 a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 10.00am AEST on Friday, 20 October 2023, at 2/2Allen Street, Moffat Beach QLD 4551. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
