About the Raffle
Promoter
The 2022 Grand Lottery will be conducted by the Gawler Agricultural, Horticultural and Floricultural Society Incorporated (ABN 31 588 023 239) of 1 Nixon Terrace, Gawler SA 5118.
Beneficiary
The benefitting organisation is the Gawler Agricultural, Horticultural and Floricultural Society Incorporated. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
The Raffle starts at 9.00 am (ACST) on Monday, 30 May 2022. The Raffle closes at 3.00 pm (ACST) on Sunday, 28 August 2022. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of South Australia aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Directors, management, employees, contactors (or members of their immediate family) of the Gawler Agricultural, Horticultural and Floricultural Society Incorporated and related entities, including any of the Promoter’s agents and including RaffleTix, directly involved in the organisation of the Raffle (as determined by the Promoter) are not eligible to enter.
Prizes
First Prize is a brand new Toyota Yaris Cross GX 2WD, Atomic Rush in colour provided by Peter Kittle Toyota valued at $31,210 including on road costs.
Second prize to Seventh Prizes include a range of Vouchers and Memberships valued at $2,565.
Total Prize Pool is valued at $33,775.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Maximum number of tickets
16,662 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of:
1 ticket for $10.00
2 tickets for $20.00
3 tickets for $25.00
8 tickets for $50.00
20 tickets for $100.00
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 3.15pm (ACST) on Sunday, 28 August 2022, at 1 Nixon Terrace, Gawler SA 5118.
Draw Method
Raffle tickets will be drawn randomly from an electronic draw. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizing in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
The winners' will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the draw. Prize winners' names will be published on the Raffle website and the Gawler Agricultural, Horticultural and Floricultural Society Incorporated website and social media pages.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. Winners are to contact the Promoter in order to claim a prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
RaffleTix
There is an agreement with RaffleTix (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
