ABOUT THE RAFFLE

Explore the wonders of Sydney Harbour’s many coves and waterways onboard ‘Belle’, Australia's first renewable diesel (made from renewable vegetable oils), powered vessel - from cruising past iconic landmarks to exploring some of her stunning hidden beaches. Its a time to reenergise, rejuvenate, connect with loved ones and nature.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 MILLION WOMEN 'REJUVENATION' CRUISE RAFFLE will be conducted by 1 Million Women. The benefitting organisation is 1 Million Women ABN 86 122 248 122, a not-for-profit organisation.

The Raffle starts at 9 am AEST on Saturday 14th June 2025. The Raffle closes at 2.00 pm AEST on Tuesday 5th August 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:

• Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
• New South Wales (NSW)
• Northern Territory (NT)
• Queensland (QLD)
• South Australia (SA)
• Tasmania (TAS)
• Victoria (VIC)

Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

Maximum Number of Tickets

20 000 tickets are available for purchase.

The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets on the raffle website.

The Raffle will close at the end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.

Maximum Number of Entries

No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize, which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

The Draw will take place at 4pm AEST on Tuesday the 5th of August 2025 at 20-40 Meagher Street, Chippendale NSW 2008.

The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel. The first and only prize will be drawn.

Winners will be contacted by phone on the day of the draw, Tuesday the 5th of August, and by email within 3 business days of being drawn, Friday the 8th of August. The Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website and the 1 Million Women website and Facebook pages by Friday the 8th of August 2025.

Prize claim periods are stipulated by individual states and territories.

If the winner resides in NSW, SA, or the ACT, they have 3 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

If the winner resides in QLD, VIC, or TAS, they have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize in response to the Promoter's phone call and email.

If you are a winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.

The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at office@1millionwomen.com.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
