What a Winter Raffle!
In conjunction with Michael’s incredible 100km run from Bridge to Bridge at Lake Burley, we’re thrilled to bring you a raffle you won’t want to miss! Whether you’re supporting Rise Above, cheering on Michael’s endurance challenge, or simply feeling lucky this season, this is your chance to win some truly amazing prizes.

All funds raised through this raffle help Rise Above financial assist local cancer patient in dealing with the cost of their cancer diagnosis.
Promoter
Rise Above's Summer Raffle will be conducted by the ACT Eden Monaro Cancer Support Group T/A Rise Above-Capital Region Cancer Relief. The benefitting organisation is ACT Eden Monaro Cancer Support Group T/A Rise Above-Capital Region Cancer Relief, ABN 68 997 342 984. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 10am (AEDT) on 25 June 2025. The Raffle closes at 1pm (AEDT) on 27 July 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
- New South Wales (NSW)
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
500 tickets are available for purchase.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 21 Comma Street, Queanbeyan NSW 2620.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn, by 29 July 2025. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize unless the winner resides in ACT (if eligible).
If the ACT is an eligible State/Territory and the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by midnight on 27 July 2026, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 1pm on 28 July 2026 at 21 Comma Street, Queanbeyan NSW 2620. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
