The Raffle will be conducted by Women’s Legal Service Queensland Limited, ABN 72 685 598 982. Women’s Legal Service Queensland Limited is a registered charity.
The Raffle starts at 4pm AEST on Monday,4 November 2024 and closes at 8pm AEST on Sunday, 30 March 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Open to residents of Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria (VIC) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle. Ticket sales are NOT PERMITTED for residents of Western Australia (WA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Northern Territory (NT), Tasmania (TAS), or South Australia (SA).
There are 1,800 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $25 each, or 2 tickets for $50, 3 tickets for $75, 5 tickets for $100, 15 tickets for $250, 35 tickets for $500.
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase one or more raffle tickets from the raffle website.The patient must present as dentally fit for orthodontic treatment and agrees to retention use the prize.
There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant, subject to raffle ticket availability.
If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a Prize.
Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix).
The Draw will take place at 9:00pm AEST on Sunday, 30 March 2025, at 5 Ponsonby Street, Annerley.
The winner will be drawn online and the Prize Winner will be announced verbally at the time of the draw. Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within four (4) business days of being drawn (by 3 April 2025). Prize Winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website.
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
As per the prize details, the prize is valid for 12 months.
