Fundraiser Raffle - Holly Stewart's Children

Holly Stewart was tragically killed in a car accident at age 26, leaving behind two young children Myah and Theo, to be cared for by their Grandparents. We are fundraising to help with the cost of raising her two young children.

On Friday, 18th of June, Holly and her two children moved from Perth back to Townsville to be closer to her family.

On Tuesday, 22nd of June Holly drove her mums car to Ingham to visit a friend. On the way back to Townsville she became stuck in a 2.5km queue of traffic waiting at a fatal traffic accident that occured at 6.30pm. Holly's parents Jim and Erica Stewart were looking after Holly's children aged 5 and 3. They had put them to bed, and were in contact with Holly while she was waiting at the traffic queue. At approximately midnight, Hollys vehicle was struck by a Landcruiser at high speed which destroyed her vehicle and the vehicle infront of her, tragically killing Holly and another young person.

At approx 3am on Wednesday, 23rd June, Jim and Erica received the dreaded news that their daughter was gone and the children had been left without a mother.

Northern Jets Baseball Club are fundraising to assist with (but not limited to):

Legal fees to obtain guardianship of the children
To purchase a new vehicle for Erica as her vehicle was destroyed in the accident
School and daycare fees for the children
Day to day costs of raising children for the next 14 years at least

** Ticket Sales only available for QLD and NSW residents address's due to permit requirements.

** Prizes may be collected/delivered within the Townsville region (outside of this may incur postage costs).

** Many prizes are specific to Townsville business, these may not be redeemable outside of the Townsville region.
