Shelly Beach Resort is a small holiday resort comprising 20 two-storey townhouses, situated approximately halfway along the 9km coastal walk that runs from the town centre of Port Macquarie to Lighthouse Beach. Each townhouse in the Resort is fully self-contained, including two bedrooms, dining and lounge areas, fully equipped kitchen, and generous bathroom with laundry facilities. Outside each townhouse is a small courtyard, plus carport suitable for small to medium cars. The communal areas include a heated pool, spa, barbecue area, games room, children’s playground and tennis court.
The Resort is located 500m from Shelly Beach, via a pleasant walk through SeaAcres coastal rainforest. Nearby shops (150m walk) include a corner store, takeaway, and village petrol station.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- First prize consists of three consecutive nights' accommodation for four people at Shelly Beach Resort Port Macquarie, plus a $50 fuel voucher from Saratoga Metro petroleum and discount vouchers for three tourist attractions in or near Port Macquarie. Total value c.$750.
- Second prize consists of a $500 voucher for tyres from Central Coast Motor Group.
- Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

- Booking cannot include any peak period (eg. December-January school holidays) or local speial event weekend (eg. Iron Man, Touch Football Carnival).
- Booking is subject to availability.
- No substitution of the allocated townhouse is permitted.
- Stay must be completed by 30th September 2026.
- Any amendment to the booking after dates have been set is at the discretion of the Resort manager.
- Committee members of Davistown Progress Association are limited to one (1) ticket per person.
- Entry in the raffle and/or acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
