• 1st Prize = Trailer (with cage) valued at $1500 plus $1500 worth of gift cards* of your choice. 

• 2nd Prize = $1000 worth of gift cards* of choice, and

• 3rd prize = $500 worth gift cards* of choice too.

Where the M.A.D.-ness goes!

We love being able to provide assistance where it's needed most - locally, nationally and abroad - including youth programs (such as leadership and driver education); domestic violence, homelessness, medical equipment and research, polio eradication, education and training, and water and sanitation just to name a few. 

Our raffle is available to residents of Victoria only and members of all Rotary Clubs in Victoria are eligible to enter. 

Delivery of prizes is not included.

2021 Trailer Raffle

First prize winner - Ian S

I requested Bunnings Gift Cards which I used to re-design our garden.  It was terrific being able to buy exactly what we need (eg tools, soil and plants) instead of re-gifting items that we didn’t want or need.

Note from Maroondah Rotary - Ian generously donated the trailer back to the Club.  It was later sold (at cost) increasing proceeds from the event, allowing the Club to contribute to more worthwhile causes. 

Second prize winner - Chris A

I purchased the tickets from Maroondah Rotary as a donation knowing that the money would go to help others in our community, not ever expecting to win anything.  So when I received the phone call to tell me that I'd won second prize, I kept saying "your kidding"!  I could not believe it and thought it was a hoax phone call!!  It was such a lovely surprise especially when told I could choose the companies and value of the gift cards up to $1000. I was impresssed how quickly the gift cards were given to me.  It was good to share this win with our family and very handy just before Christmas.  Thank you to the Rotary members who give up their time to support community projects.  In appreciation Chris.

Rotary is always helping someone in the community, and buying tickets helps such a worthy cause.  It was lovely winning 3rd Prize and receiving the gift cards, which I used for food and other items we needed.  They really helped me. 

2020  Trailer Raffle

First prize winner: Wendy S

I bought my regular 10 tickets early December.  I thought I won’t win, but it’s a great cause and happy to make a donation.  I returned to Eastland mid December and bought another 10 tickets because I looked at the trailer and thought that would be very handy, especially after we had some trees fall on our property and this would help with the clean up, but didn’t think anything more of it. 

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from the President notifying me of my win.   We were at a restaurant and I’m pretty sure I screamed with delight!  With my voucher allocation, I chose Luxury Escapes as I wanted to get away with my husband and have a nice, luxurious break.

Second prize winner: Jo H. 

I didn’t buy the tickets expecting to win, but what a thrill it was to receive the call from Andrew to say I had won 2nd prize of $1000 in gift vouchers of my choice.  I chose Bunnings & Coles Myer and now have a new Weber BBQ and garden plants.

It was an absolutely amazing feeling winning 3rd prize in a Rotary Trailer Raffle. I’ve been purchasing tickets for years, and for the prize to be the choice of any gift card was perfect! I chose a Webjet voucher and am hoping to use the money towards flights to Perth.  Thank you, Maroondah Rotary!
