Club Tweed Mum's New Car Mega Raffle

The Mum's New Car Mega Raffle is conducted by Club Tweed (ABN 91 248 625 050) via its nominee using the RaffleTix platform. The raffle is conducted for the benefit of Club Tweed, a not-for-profit organisation.

Ticket sales open 27 March 2026.

Ticket sales close 7pm Wednesday 13 May 2026, unless sold out prior. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Tickets can be purchased via the official raffle website hosted on the RaffleTix platform.

Entry is open to residents of:

• New South Wales (NSW)

• Queensland (QLD)

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of any other state or territory are not eligible to enter.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Club Directors and staff are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

• Employees or contractors of RaffleTix

• Any person directly involved in administering the raffle or conducting the draw

• Immediate family members of any of the above are able to participate 

Immediate family includes a spouse or de facto partner, parents, children or any person residing at the same address.

Ticket prices and bundle options are displayed on the raffle website.

There is no limit on the number of tickets an individual may purchase while tickets remain available.

Club Tweed reserves the right to cap total ticket sales in accordance with gaming regulations if required.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If any prize becomes unavailable, Club Tweed reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

The raffle draw will take place:

Wednesday 13 May 2026
at Club Tweed, Florence Street, Tweed Heads NSW

The draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable NSW and Queensland gaming regulations.

The draw will be conducted electronically using the RaffleTix platform.

Prizes will be drawn in descending order of value, with the major prize drawn first, followed by all remaining prizes.

Winners will be contacted by phone and email within three (3) business days of the draw.

Winner names will also be published on:

• the raffle website

• the Club Tweed Facebook page

within three (3) business days of the draw.

Winners have 12 months from the draw date to claim their prize.

If a winner resides in Queensland, the claim period extends to 36 months in accordance with Queensland gaming regulations.

Winners must contact Club Tweed to arrange collection or delivery of their prize.

If a prize remains unclaimed after the claim period, or a winner is deemed ineligible, Club Tweed reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval if required) to dispose of or sell the prize.

Any proceeds from such sale will be used for not-for-profit purposes by Club Tweed.

Personal information collected through the raffle will be used for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting winners.

Entrants may also opt in to receive marketing communications from Club Tweed.
