Pat Cronin Foundation Car Raffle will be conducted by Pat Cronin Foundation, ABN 99 612 532 788 of 12 Ridgeview Street Eltham VIC 3095. The benefiting organisation is Pat Cronin Foundation Ltd., a not-for-profit organisation.

The Raffle starts at 8.00am AEDT on Tuesday, 30 December 2025. The Raffle closes at 5.00pm AEDT on Monday, 30 March 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:

• New South Wales (NSW)
• Northern Territory (NT)
• Queensland (QLD)
• South Australia (SA)
• Tasmania (TAS)
• Victoria (VIC)

Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee and employees from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
5. Anyone under the Age of 18 years at time of purchase

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

25,561 tickets are available for purchase.

Bundled tickets will be sold as followed:

• 1 ticket for $10.00
• 2 tickets for $20.00
• 3 tickets for $30.00
• 6 tickets for $50.00
• 15 tickets for $100.00
• 35 tickets for $200.00
• 100 tickets for $500.00

No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter's absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.

Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

The Draw will take place at 7pm AEST on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 at 12 Ridgeview Street, Eltham, VIC 3095.

A numbered Raffle entry will be drawn at random electronically. First and only prize will be drawn first.

Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 4 business days of being drawn, by Saturday, 4 April 2026. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Pat Cronin Foundation website and Facebook pages by Saturday, 4 April 2026.

Winners have twelve (12) months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.

If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.

The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at info@patcroninfoundation.org.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
