Best of all, 100% of funds raised are donated to the Mark Hughes Foundation, supporting critical brain cancer research, patient support programs and awareness initiatives.

This raffle directly supports the Mark Hughes Foundation’s 2026 fundraising treks. Ian Martin, CEO of Club Maitland City, will take on the MHF Larapinta Trek in August, while Hayley Eveleigh, Community & Marketing Manager, will participate in the Ladies Everest Base Camp Trek.

These challenging treks raise vital funds and awareness for Australians impacted by brain cancer and help drive research toward better outcomes.

Purpose

This raffle is conducted to raise funds in support of the Mark Hughes Foundation (MHF). All profits raised will be donated directly to Mark Hughes Foundation.

Profit will be determined after the expenses of raffle prizes, commissions and any major marketing material created for the raffle are subtracted from the sales of the raffle.

Eligibility

• Entry is only open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over.
• Management of the promoter, and any person involved in the conduct or management of the raffle or any benefiting organisation, including their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
• By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Raffle Period

• Ticket sales open: 1 May 2026 at 9:00am (AEST)
• Ticket sales close: 13 August 2026 at 7:00pm
• The promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date if required and approved by NSW Fair Trading.

How to Enter

Tickets may be purchased:

There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase. There is no maximum number of tickets available for sale.

Draw Details

• The draw will take place on 13 August 2026 at 7:00pm
• Location: Club Maitland City
• The draw will be conducted live on Club Maitland City’s Facebook page
• Winners will be drawn randomly using the RaffleTix electronic draw system in accordance with NSW Fair Trading requirements.
• If a winner is deemed ineligible or a prize is unclaimed (Section 12), a redraw will be conducted in accordance with NSW Fair Trading requirements.

Vehicle Prize Conditions

• The vehicle prize includes all on road costs; registration, CTP, stamp duty and dealer delivery.
• Colour and specifications are subject to availability.
• Any optional extras, insurance, fuel, or ongoing costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• The vehicle must be collected from Hunter City Motor Group (Cessnock Ford) unless otherwise agreed.

Cash & Voucher Prize Conditions

• Cash prizes will be paid via EFT.
• Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing business.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and may have expiry dates.

Winner Notification & Publication

• Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
• Winner names will be published on:
  • Club Maitland City website and/or social media
  • RaffleTix Website
  • NSW Fair Trading website (if required)

Unclaimed Prizes

• Prizes must be claimed within 3 months of the draw date.
• If a prize remains unclaimed, it will be dealt with in accordance with NSW Fair Trading regulations, including a redraw if required.

Privacy

• Personal information is collected for the purpose of conducting the raffle.
• Information may be used to contact winners and for regulatory requirements.
• Entrants may opt-in to receive marketing communications from Club Maitland City.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

General Conditions

• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• If the raffle cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle subject to NSW Fair Trading approval.
