Terms and Conditions:

1. This competition is a promotion run by Autopact Coastline Pty Ltd Trading as Coastline BMW (ABN: 14 618 783 609) ("the Promoter") 
2. The Promoter trades as “Coastline BMW”. 
3. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
4. The promotional period commences at 12:00.01am on Friday 2 August 2019 (AEDT) and concludes at 2:30:00pm on Sunday 20 October 2019 (AEDT) (Coastline BMW High Tea by the Sea X1 Raffle Promotional Period). 
5. There is one method of entering the Competition: 
   1. purchase of an electronic raffle ticket via the dedicated Coastline BMW High Tea by the Sea X1 Raffle page on www.raffletix.com.au. 
6. Each raffle ticket purchased entitles the entrant to ONE (1) entry into the Competition. The number of tickets purchased per entrant is unlimited. 
7. Entry into this promotion is open to all Australian residents (excluding WA) who satisfy the following conditions: 
   1. have purchased a raffle ticket from Coastline BMW or its affiliates in the manner set out in clause 5 above; 
   2. have consented to be contacted by Coastline BMW for marketing or other purposes (Eligibility Requirements). 
8. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 
9. The Promoter discloses that the employees of Coastline BMW together with their family members shall be entitled to enter the Competition subject to such entrants complying with the Eligibility Requirements specified in Clause 7 above. 
10. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. 
11. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 
12. The drawing of the competition will take place at the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre on Sunday 20 October 2019 at 2:30pm.
13. Draw Method: Numbered Raffle Ticket stubs will be drawn at random from a barrel. First prize will be drawn first, followed by all other prizes in descending order.
14. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners of prizes. Winners will be contacted by phone and email and listed on the RaffleTix website.
15. Price is 1 ticket for $20, 3 for $50 and 10 for $100.
