Rotary Club of Orange Daybreak is conducting its 13th Harley-Davidson Fundraiser with all proceeds supporting Central Cancer Care Centre Orange Health Service to support clinical trials for prostate cancer.
About the Raffle
The Central West Cancer Trials Men's Health Fundraiser 25 raffle will be conducted by the Rotary Club of Orange Daybreak. The benefitting organisation is Central Cancer Care Centre Orange Health Service. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 8am (AEDT) on 12th October 2024. The Raffle closes at 10am (AEST) on 17th May 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Queensland (QLD) - Limited to a maximum of 500 tickets in QLD
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
1000 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $100 per ticket.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 10am (AEST) on 17th May 2025 at Victory Lane Harley-Davidson, Orange NSW 2800.
Draw Method
A manual draw will be conducted. First and only prize will be drawn first.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners name will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
