Stephanie Sandor will also be hosting a stall at Alive Fest, and will be offering a market special where people can purchase a nutritional review of their diet to assess any nutritional gaps, or concerns, in their food plan. During the consult she will look at ways to improve your diet as well as discussing any health concerns you may have. This will be conducted online via a 30 minute Zoom consultation. The cost is $89, normally $149, offering a saving of $60.

My Journey to Plant-Based Living
My journey into veganism started with a deep concern for animal welfare, but over the years, it evolved into something more: a commitment to health, sustainability, and balance. Raising my two kids on a vegan diet has given me firsthand experience with the practical side of plant-based nutrition—the daily hacks, the real-life challenges, and the triumphs that come with making this lifestyle work for the whole family.

Why I Do What I Do
It simply doesn’t sit right with me that uneducated health professionals still dismiss vegan diets as unhealthy. The outdated questions about protein, the judgment toward vegan parents, the assumptions about nutrient deficiencies—I’ve heard it all, and I’m here to change the narrative.

I created The V.E.G.A.N. Method to provide a clear, evidence-based framework that helps people not just survive but thrive on a plant-based diet. My approach isn’t about perfection or extremes; it’s about balance, real food, smart supplementation when needed, and the confidence that comes from knowing your health is supported.

MOO TO EWE

This prize is a voucher for a 1.5 hour guided tour for two around the beautiful grounds of the Moo to Ewe Farmed Animal Sanctuary in Palmdale on the Central Coast! Email us with your preferred weekend - subject to avalaibility!

WHO WE ARE 

We have been a family led sanctuary since June 2018, whilst garnering a passionate volunteer team, now an oasis to 50+ rescued animals. Moo to Ewe is home for cows, pigs, goats, sheep, alpacas,roosters & hens, ducks and wildlife. As a non-profit organisation, our aim is to educate and connect humanity to these living, loving individuals and provide the resources to live with kind and ethical actions at the forefront of daily choices.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

Get up close and personal with the gorgeous rescued farm animals of the sanctuary. The tour involves meeting and feeding snacks to all of the animals. First we introduce you to the sheep, alpacas and then the goats. Everyone is keen for a Weetbix or two!

The chickens will also be roaming around ready to steal some Weetbix crumbs or sweetcorn.

Next, we take an easy walk over to meet the gentle cows who will most likely be relaxing in their paddocks still digesting breakfast.

After some cow cuddles it is off to meet the pigs, Sunday, Ivy and Boston. Be prepared for a muddy smooch from Boston, if you do prefer to keep mud-free, though, we can help with that.

During the tour you are welcome to interact with the animals if they are willing however please be aware we are not a "petting zoo".
