Terms & Conditions for Online Raffles & Draw Lotteries

Eligibility

• Participation is open to members and guests of The Coro Club who are 18 years or older.
• Board of Directors, Club employees, Contractors & their immediate families are eligible to participate in the Raffle.
• The Club employee who is conducting the raffle is not eligible to participate in the Raffle.

Entry

• Members and/or Guests purchase raffle tickets via a third party platform raffletix.com.au.

Draws

• On the date of draw winning ticket number(s) are randomly selected using Raffletix platform. 
• The number of draws conducted for each raffle is determined by the number of prizes. Each draw is specific to a prize.
• Total prize value varies with each raffle.
• You do not need to be present to win, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Other Information

• Prizes can only be collected from Coro Club Reception during business hours Monday – Saturday 10am-7pm
• Proof of ID and proof of ticket numbers must be shown in order to collect prize.
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, gaming vouchers, swapped or exchanged for tickets into future draws.
• False names when purchasing tickets are prohibited.
• Winners names will be posted to Facebook after the draw and results are also available to view by visiting the specific draw at www.raffletix.com.au

• The CAMPER includes 12 months registration and 12 months Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance at the time of draw.
• The prize does not include comprehensive insurance. Comprehensive insurance is the responsibility of the winner.
• The winner is responsible for collecting the CAMPER or arranging their own transport of the CAMPER from THE CORO CLUB. Delivery is not included. 
• Any additional costs associated with transfer, insurance beyond CTP, transport, or ongoing registration are the responsibility of the winner.

Collection of prizes if the winner resides within Griffith NSW 2680;

• Collection of prizes including gift vouchers, Cash/EFPTOS must be picked up from Coro Club Reception during business hours Monday – Saturday 10am-7pm. If prizes are not collected within 4 weeks of date of draw, they will be forfeited.
• Collection of FRESH Produce or Food Based prizes including Hampers, Hams, Prawn, Chocolates etc must be collected within 24-48 hours. If not collected the prize(s) will be forfeited.
• Direct Debit option will not be offered to those who win Cash/EFPTOS prizes that reside in Griffith NSW 2680.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange collection of prizes on their behalf, however notification to the Coro Club is required in writing to reception@coroclub.com.au

Collection of prizes if the winner resides outside of Griffith NSW 2680;

• and cannot collect a gift voucher, The Coro Club will mail the voucher at no cost to the winner on a fortnightly basis.
• and cannot collect CASH prize, The Coro Club can arrange to have money direct deposited into account at no cost to the winner.
• and cannot collect a physical prize, The Coro Club will arrange postage of the prize at the winners cost. This excludes fresh produce and food.
• the winner can arrange collection of prizes on their behalf, however notification to the Coro Club is required in writing to reception@coroclub.com.au
