Children's Hospital Foundation Terms & Conditions

This raffle is being held for Children's Hospital Foundation ABN: 11 607902 687, PO Box 8009, Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102.

The raffle commences on the 8th of October, closes on the 24th of October 2025 and will be drawn on the 24th of October 2025 at the Brisbane City Hall, 64 Adelaide Street Brisbane City, QLD 4000 at approximately 8pm. The draw will be conducted using a Raffletix system draw process.

Ticket buyers are to be present at the draw (2025 National Women in Digital Awards). Winners will be drawn and announced at this event only. If a winner is not present at this event, a re-draw for the associated prize will occur. State(s) where tickets are on sale QLD by L Heagney, Children's Hospital Foundation, whose authority to fundraise can be verified with the beneficiary.

All proceeds will be donated to the Children's Hospital Foundation Queensland.

Total prize pool value to be won is $2,459.00. Prize pool value is correct at time of publication. Maximum number of tickets to be sold is 2,000.  

Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this raffle at any time, and/or to cancel the raffle where in the Promoter's opinion it cannot conduct the raffle or award the prize for any reason beyond its control. 

Children's Hospital Foundation board members/management/committee executives, raffle organisers and their immediate families (those living at the same premises) are not permitted to participate in the raffle.

Prize - Prize is not transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated or permitted by state regulations. Prize may be substituted, subject to each participating state's legislative requirements. Some images are display only and may not be a true reflection of the prize. Prize expiry dates may apply and are in accordance with the organisation in ownership of the prize on offer. This is not the responsibility of Queensland Children's Hospital to adjust or manage expiry dates that are applied.

The Children's Hospital Foundation uses personal information and data collected from this raffle for the primary purpose of informing you about the winners, and to contact you in the future with information relating to our fundraising and marketing activities (including those conducted with our fundraising partners) via any medium including mail, telephone, SMS, email or any other form of electronic, emerging or digital communication. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of this communication.
