RESULTS

Winner does not need to be present to collect the prize. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 30 days of the prize draw, and results will be announced on www.raffletix.com.au and Hands Across the Water website (www.handsgroup.org.au) and Hands Across the Water Facebook and Instagram pages on 28/03/2020.

Open to residents of QLD, NSW, SA and VIC over the age of 18 only.

There is no limit to the number of tickets per entrant, subject to raffle ticket availability. 

If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce proof of purchase, proof of age and residency prior to being awarded the prize.

If for any reason the raffle is not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) tampering or any other causes beyond the control of The Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the raffle, The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the raffle, pursuant to any direction given under the Charitable and non-profit Gaming Act 1999 (QLD).  

The Prize will be delivered to the winners within one month after the winner has been decided. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss or liability suffered or incurred by any of the prize-winners in relation to The Prize. The winner releases Hands Across the Water Incorporated and its employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, The Prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of The Prize in anyway whatsoever.

No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Travel must be booked on or before 30 April 2021. The prize is non refundable.

All travel is subject to availability and some block out dates may apply. Flights changes unavailable once ticketed. Accomodation changes not permitted.

Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companion as incurred.
