About the Raffle
Promoter
The Daniher's Drive 2021 Renault Raffle will be conducted by the Cure for MND Foundation (FightMND). The benefitting organisation is FightMND ABN 627 4035 0704. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Beneficiary
Net proceeds of the raffle will be in support of FightMND. Founded in 2014, FightMND was established with the purpose of finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for Motor Neurone Disease.
The Raffle starts at 9 am AEST on 21 July 2021. The Raffle closes at 11.59pm AEST on 8 October 2021. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania, aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Directors, management, employees, contactors (or members of their immediate family) of the Promoter or the Promoter’s related entities or any of the Promoter’s agents, including RaffleTix (as determined by the Promoter), are not eligible to enter.
The Prize
Renault Intens Koleos 2021 valued at $53,000. Prize includes registration and one year of insurance. Winner must collect the vehicle from Nick Theodossi Prestige Cars, in North Melbourne, Victoria.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Maximum number of tickets
5,300 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $50.00 each.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place on Saturday, 9 October at 7.30pm AEST at Lardner Park, 155 Burnt Store Road, Lardner, Victoria.
Draw Method
A digital random draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted via RaffleTix, the provider of the digital raffle platform.
Notification and Publication of Winners
The winner will be contacted by phone and email and listed on this website and the FightMND website and Facebook page. Please check the website and the aforementioned Facebook pages for details.
The winner will be published in an Australian newspaper in the week beginning 11 October 2021.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 3 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
Winners are to contact emily@fightmnd.org.au in order to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

There is an agreement with RaffleTix (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
