About the Organisation

The Southern Tablelands 4WD Club Inc is based in Canberra and is the largest 4WD club in the region. The club was established in 1976. We have over 450 members, and the club’s activities cater for traditional (high clearance) 4 wheel drive vehicles.

About the Raffle

  • The Southern Tablelands 4WD Club 2024 Raffle will be conducted by Southern Tablelands Four Wheel Drive Club (ABN 49 507 780 060 ). The Promoter is a not-for-profit organisation.
  • Entry is open to residents of ACT and NSW aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
  • The total prize value is $2963.00, the full prize list is available on the raffle website.
  • 2800 tickets available for purchase. Ticket prices are: 1 for $5.00; 2 for $10.00; 5 for $20.00; 13 for $50.00; 20 for $75.00, 30 for $100.00.
  • Tickets can only be purchased through the raffle website.
  • Prizes won by ACT residents will be made available for collection only.  Prizes won by NSW residents will be available for collection from the ACT, however delivery is available at the winners’ expense.
  • The Raffle starts at 7pm AEST on Tuesday, 30 November 2024. The Raffle closes at 8.00pm AEST on Tuesday, 11 February 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
  • The Draw will take place at 8.30pm AEST on Tuesday, 11 February 2025 at 3 Grose Street, Deakin, ACT 2600.
  • Draw Method: Raffle Tickets will be drawn at random via an electronic draw through the RaffleTix platform. First prize will be drawn first.
  • Attempts to Reach Winner: Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners of prizes. Winners will be contacted by phone and email. Results will also be available on the RaffleTix website and the Southern Tablelands 4WD Club website and Facebook page on the 12/02/2025.  If for any reason the winner cannot be contacted and prizes handed over within 28 days from the date of the draw.
  • Prize Claim Date: Winners have 2 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. If they do not claim their prize within 2 months of being notified, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner and location as the original draw.  Winners are to contact general1@st4wdc.com.au in order to claim their prize.
