TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter
This raffle is conducted by Barossa Enterprises. The benefitting organisation is Barossa Enterprises, a not-for-profit organisation supporting people living with disability.

Licensing
This raffle is conducted in accordance with:

• SA Charitable Collections Licence No. CCP1801
• SA Fundraising Licence No. CCP2623

Raffle Promotion Period
The raffle opens on the advertised start date and closes on the advertised closing date. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Raffle Website
The raffle will be conducted via the Raffletix platform and accessible through the official raffle link.

Relevant States
Entry is open to residents of South Australia (SA) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the raffle. Residents of other states or territories are not eligible to enter.

Entry Restrictions
The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Employees and contractors of Raffletix
• Any person directly involved in the management or conduct of the raffle

Barossa Enterprises, as the conducting organisation, is not eligible to enter.

Ticket Details
The number of tickets available and pricing will be outlined on the raffle page. Entrants may purchase multiple tickets unless otherwise specified.

Prize Details

• Raffle Prize Voucher expiring date is 04/12/2028.
• Prize details, inclusions, and conditions are outlined on the raffle listing.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Any additional costs associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Draw Details
The draw will take place on the advertised draw date and will be conducted electronically via the Raffletix random draw system.

Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw. 

Prize Claim
Prizes must be claimed within twenty-one (21) days of notification unless otherwise agreed. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

Use of Funds
All funds raised from this raffle will support the Barossa Enterprises Summer Camp initiative for people living with disability.

Liability
Barossa Enterprises is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay relating to prize delivery or use.

Privacy
Entrants’ personal information will be used for the purpose of administering the raffle and may be used for future communications where consent is provided. Entrants may opt out at any time.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be managed by Barossa Enterprises in accordance with South Australian regulatory requirements.
